SCAS is a non-profit organization comprising a small group of dedicated workers & volunteers which focus on animal welfare. As a no-kill rescue shelter & NGO, SCAS has rescued hundreds of dogs and cats, which help to reduce the numbers of strays which would have been euthanized. SCAS mission is to rehome our rescued dogs and cats. Also,to educate the public on the concept of “Adopt, Don't Shop" and "Neuter, Don't Multiple" to save more lives. SCAS is located in Hulu Langat, Selangor with over 500 dogs and cats.
